Processing of plastic cycles HDPE by EFSA process

A special, fluorescent and food-safe chemical marker has been developed, which is considered to be forgery-proof and which can be introduced punctually and in very small amounts (in the ppm range - therefore very cost-effective) into the plastics for the production of carriers for food, eg in transport crates or Plastic pallets or containers. Of course, this marker can also be injected into tamper-proof bar / QR code / DataMatrix label.

In most cases, however, an identification via our detectors is sufficient, either via the Bluetooth device coupled to the mobile phone, with the option of comparing the measured data with the data stored in our cloud solution, or the external detector, which is available as a complete "kit" , Both variants identify the marker as the original (and the organizational unit assigned to the marker).

But it can also be a fully automatic readout via a system with conveyor belts, in both cases takes a measurement between 1-3 seconds.

After the positive comparison of the data in our cloud, the proof of origin of the plastic is provided; if the load carrier is damaged, it can be converted into regrind and processed via an EFSA process.

Subsequently, this granulate can then be processed to new charge carriers, thus again directly contact with food.

From a used pallet (for example H1) or a Euro-meat container then officially these products can be produced and put into circulation again.
